DANCING TO CONNECT WITH OUR INNER SPIRITUAL CORE

 


"Connecting with our inner Spiritual core gives us extra energy and a sense of power. In ancient times, dancing was a form of communication between the human corporeal realm and the ethereal spirit realm" [1]

Dancing comes in many forms, and whenever we dance to music (in whatever way we choose), it can allow us to:

  • Freely express our inner selves
  • Free our souls from material constraints
  • Release our inhibitions
  • Forget the daily grind
  • Lift our vibration, and 
  • Raise our positivity to soaring heights
And this can all be achieved by simply turning on a music track you adore, and dancing around your kitchen, living room or bedroom. - And if you don't have much time, then you will see that even doing it for just four or five minutes can transform the way you feel, and rev up your aura. (The aura describes the bio-field of energy/light which completely surrounds our physical body above, below, and to the sides of us. It comprises seven layers. The innermost layers closest to our physical body are made up of the densest energy, and each succeeding layer emanates a finer and higher vibration).

In ancient times, it was understood that dancing loosens the body, and as such, enables "our vital energies to flow more freely within and outside of the body" [1]. Indeed, dancing empowers us to open up "our vital energy centers to receive wisdom, and give wisdom to others" [1].
