CLEAR OUR MIND BY NON-THINKING & WATCH THE BRILLIANT ALAN WATTS' YOUTUBE SHORT
As a Spiritual Life Coach, Psychic Medium, Holistic Health Guru and Meditation Teacher, hardly a day goes by when I am not either helping someone with, or hearing about how difficult it can be to clear our minds. Prolonged and intense chatter seems to be powered by everlasting Duracell batteries, and we have to learn ways to disengage and find our own space in which we can just Be.
A few days ago, when I was sitting in a small online circle headed by a well-known medium at the Spiritualist Association of Great Britain, one of the mediums in the circle said they saw a spirit man sitting behind me (in my living room), and then putting his hands above my shoulders. She described the man, and said that she was given the name of the world renowned British-American Spiritual teacher, author, philosopher, and inspirational speaker, Alan Watts. Alan's perspective on self-understanding, and all that is, encompassed: "ecology, contemporary explorations in mysticism, and the classic ways of liberation practiced in Asia, including Zen, Taoism, Hinduism and Buddhism at large" [1].
So in light of the aforementioned, and also being told that Alan Watts is coming to join me in what I do, (as one of my spirit guides), I am starting off on this very unexpected and magnificent new pathway, by posting this YouTube short entitled: "Alan Watts Practice Non-Thinking" (which is an excerpt from Silent Mind, Eastern Wisdom & Modern Life), courtesy of Official Alan Watts Org
