As our severely troubled planet transitions through these current and predicted future horrors, we need to stay grounded and take time out of our day to sit in a peaceful environment. This will empower us to connect with our higher self (our spiritual self); and allow us to focus on our breath - which will still our mind. We should also look deep into ourselves and feel gratitude for the people, animals, and non-materialist things that have meant so much to us at different stages of our life's journey. - This can be done by just being in the silence, or listening to a  soothing YouTube meditation track.

Life is not all kumbaya (an overly idealistic naive approach which promotes the feeling of superficial unity to fit various agendas); we should not be brainwashed to think it is, or brush aside reality and the current clear and present dangers that are facing all 8 billion plus of us; not to mention the beautiful animal kingdom and all the other creatures. 

Some of us mediums are given messages from a higher source of intelligence - those in the spirit world, who want to inform and warn us about serious conflicts, and catastrophic geological and climatic events that are cleansing and re-setting the earth at this unprecedented time of great spiritual awakening.  They want us to stand tall in the face of adversity, and turn to our inner spiritual compass which is pure light without conflicting dogmas. They also ask that we maintain a high octane positive vibration, no matter how hard things become.  - This is because if we can all do this, it will not just help us, it can also have a very beneficial effect on the collective and all that is.
