Keeping a Positive Outlook By Prepping For Adverse Global Scenarios

During this extremely disturbing period in human history, the more time we spend in nature the better. - And even just spending ten minutes on your break, or before or after work, will make a tremendous difference. People from all across the world are feeling the shattering energy which is heavily upon us, and so the more we link up with our higher spiritual self, the better we will get through these catastrophic years, which could go on until the early 2030s. It is also very important to stay as upbeat as possible (playing music that you love is a great tonic), as it getting lots of exercise (preferably outdoors), and even if you have physical limitations, you can always do gentle movements sitting or standing (depending on any contraindications).

In the video below, part of the presentation by the proven, highly accurate medium, Joseph Tittle (AKA Spirit Man), was filmed in the beautiful Redwood & National State Parks in California. Many of us psychic mediums feel that when we are out in nature, we are able to connect better with what I call the upstairs (the spirit realm). - Although the latter can also be thought of as a world within a world. - Which in my writing, I often refer to as the Two Worlds, as coined in 1887, by the author and eminent British spiritualist medium, Emma Hardinge Britten, when she was looking for a title for a new spiritualist newspaper, which was called, The Two Worlds [1].

In this latest YouTube video, Joseph covers all kinds of potential events and horrors that will impact all of us in one way or another. I would also like to add that parts of  Europe will suffer a severe tumble, and I can think back to the 1990s, when I predicted the fall of the EU (which will come about in due course). And I see unrest, atrocity and devastation (the latter of which includes geological and solar events) in a number of areas. (Note: Solar events refer to massive disturbances to the sun due to abrupt changes and tangling in its powerful magnetic fields. This scenario can change environmental conditions throughout our solar system).

And where ever we are in the world, we have to stand tall in the face of adversity and malevolent agendas, link up with our spiritual side, respect Mother Nature (who is rebelling against the way she has been ravaged), be strong and healthy, and be flexible enough to be able to make any necessary life changes.
